Under East Fork's Terms of Use, title and risk of loss pass to the customer when the products are transferred to the carrier.

East Fork is not liable for shipping delays.

The parties must first attempt to resolve applicable claims through consultation and good-faith negotiation.

If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, the applicable claims are generally subject to final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules.

The Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, together with other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and East Fork Pottery, LLC regarding use of the website.
